CYPRUS HEALTH TOURISM COUNCIL Savaşan: Our greatest wish is for the world to be a place where labor is not exploited The Cyprus Health Tourism Council issued a message on the occasion of May 1st Labor Day. Pointing out that May 1 is the day of struggle for peace, democracy and a secure future, Council President Ahmet Savaşan emphasized that “the prosperous future of our state is the day that comes with social justice, independence, democracy, freedom, equality and peace. Pointing out that the laborers serving in health, tourism and all other fields in every corner of our country have a very large and valuable share in our social and economic life, Savaşan said, “It is our greatest wish that the world is a bright, equal and beautiful place where there is no injustice, inequality, injustice and oppression, where labor is not exploited.” Finally, Savaşan said, ”I sincerely celebrate the holidays of all my brothers and sisters who earn their bread with their labor, our workers, who are the backbone of our country in particular and the world in general, with the energy they spend and the sweat of their foreheads, who produce, develop and provide services in all segments of society.
